Danielle helps manage customer communications and documentation for Grand Pointe. Before Grand Pointe, she worked in Quality Assurance at a pharmaceutical company for 6 years. She enjoys that her role allows her to streamline processes and communication to ensure Grand Pointe can fully focus on the customer. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at the University of Michigan- Flint and anticipates graduating in December 2022. In her spare time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband camping, bike riding, kayaking, and walking her two dogs. If she won the lottery, Danielle said she would travel the world with France and Australia at the top of her list!
